Description

We are partnering with New Roots Urban Farm for our first event of the long-term Griot Green initiative dedicated to preserving heirloom seeds, connecting local farmers and apothecaries, and supporting sustainable and accessible food systems. The Event will begin with a hands-on seed starter activity with local farmers at 6:30 PM followed by a screening of Wall-E starting at 7:30PM. Join us to learn how to grow your own food and care for the earth. Free Popcorn and seed/seedling giveaways! Bring your blankets and lawn chairs!
