The St Louis Promise Walk supports the mission of the Preeclampsia Foundation to improve the outcomes of gestational hypertensive disorders through education, support, and research for a cure. Join us for speeches, free face painting, bubble fun, juggling, a memorial to honor the women and babies who died due to gestational hypertensive disorders, the walk, and food trucks.
