NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CONCERNING

THE ISSUANCE BY THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI

OF ITS AIRPORT REVENUE BONDS

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., The City of St. Louis,
Missouri (the “City”) will conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed issuance by the City of one or more series of airport revenue bonds (collectively, the “Bonds”) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $500 million for the purpose of (i) refunding all or a portion of the City’s outstanding subordinated indebtedness relating to St. Louis Lambert International Airport (the “Airport”); and (ii) financing and reimbursing costs of an airport as such term is used in Section 142(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), and, specifically, to finance and reimburse the costs of improvements to the Airport. The Airport is owned and operated by the City and located at 10701 Lambert International Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri 63145. 

The hearing will be held at City Hall, 1200 Market Street, Room 311, St. Louis, Missouri 63103,
for the purpose of giving interested persons an opportunity to be heard on the proposed plan of financing. The hearing will be open to the public. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to express their views, both orally and through written statements which are submitted to the City on or before the hearing. Those persons who desire to speak or have their written statements read during the hearing must provide a written request to the City at least 24 hours before the hearing.

 Written requests and any associated written statements should be emailed to garvinm@stlouis-mo.gov, or delivered to City Hall, 1200 Market Street, Room 314, St. Louis, Missouri 63103, Attention Michael A. Garvin, Esq., no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026.
