Description
The committee is being formed for the purpose of reviewing a proposed sole source engagement, the scope of services for the engagement, and the method and amounts of compensation. This engagement is appropriate because the need for work is urgent and a competitive selection cannot meet the City's needs, as demonstrated by the failure of the full RFP process to produce an adequate number of beds and the lack of services in the western portion of the City.
