Summary
An ordinance, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, appropriating the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Five and 05/100ths ($3,365,535.05) of Rams Settlement Funds, for the purpose of supporting winter shelter needs for unhoused residents; authorizing and directing the Director of the Department of Human Services ("DHS") to execute contracts as may be necessary to expend funds; and containing a severability clause and an emergency clause.
