Summary
An ordinance, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, appropriating the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000) of Rams Settlement interest ("Available Monies"), for the purpose of providing programmatic, project, and operational support to qualified Community Development Corporations ("CDCs") through the Community Development Administration ("CDA") to undertake community revitalization and equitable development activities; and containing a severability clause and an emergency clause.
