Summary

An ordinance to restore the Office of the City Marshal and the deputies that report to the City Marshal and re-establishing the City Marshal is to be appointed by the Mayor of the City of St. Louis as one of the Mayor's 14 appointee that are to hold for the term for which the Mayor was elected and outlining the manner in which this City Marshal's Office shall be restored and the salary to be paid the City Marshal. Also expanding the duties of City Marshal to include parking and parking tickets, traffic control and traffic safety and containing an emergency clause.
