BOARD BILL # 32 INTRODUCED BY: ALDERMAN JOSEPH RODDY An ordinance recommended by the Board of Public Service to conditionally vacate above surface, surface and sub-surface rights for vehicle, equestrian and pedestrian travel in an irregular width section of the east/west alley in City Block 3965 beginning 132.50 feet west of Sarah and continuing westwardly 191.41 feet to a point and being bounded by Papin, Sarah, Chouteau and Talmage in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, as hereinafter described, in accordance with Charter authority, and in conformity with Section l4 of Article XXI of the Charter and imposing certain conditions on such vacation.
