BOARD BILL NUMBER 134 INTRODUCED BY: ALDERWOMAN MEGAN ELLYIA GREEN An ordinance concerning the protection of First Amendment rights of protesters, repealing ordinance 15.52.010, and enacting in lieu of it clarifying policies relating to improving police community relations with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and limiting the use of chemical agents.
