B.B.#7 - Davis - An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Airport Commission, the Board of Public Service, and the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, establishing and authorizing a public works and improvement program at St. Louis Lambert International Airport, consisting of capital improvement projects to and for the terminal complexes, concourses and gates, taxiways and ramps, and associated Airport structures, and facilities, and other necessary and related work or services for the development, construction, installation, implementation, administration, management or monitoring of the Airfield, Building & Environs Projects at a total estimated cost of Fifteen Million Dollars; authorizing an initial appropriation in the total amount of Five Million Three Hundred Eighty Two Thousand Five Hundred Forty Three Dollars from the Airport Development Fund to be expended for the payment of costs for work, services, materials and equipment authorized herein; and containing a severability and an emergency clause.
