Summary
This Board Bill seeks to approve a Chapter 99 Redevelopment Plan and Blighting Study for the 3601-3609 Lindell Blvd. Redevelopment Area. This Board Bill will allow a 10-year tax abatement at 95 percent for renovation of the existing Jesuit Hall building and related parking (Phase 1) and a 5- year tax abatement at 75 percent followed by a 5-year tax abatement at 50 percent for the proposed new Melbourne apartment building and related parking (Phase 2).
