Construction for the Tucker Boulevard Cycle Track
Summary
This bill authorizes and directs the City of St. Louis to let contracts and provide for design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction for the Tucker Boulevard Cycle Track (Chouteau Ave. to Washington Ave.), Compton Avenue Bridge Reconstruction Project (Chouteau Ave. to I-64), and the South Broadway Multimodal Improvements (River City Casino Boulevard to Dover Street). The bill also authorizes the City of St. Louis to enter into supplemental agreements with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission, Federal Highway Administration, utilities, railroads, Bi-State Development Agency, Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority (LCRA), Great Rivers Greenway District (GRG), Greater St. Louis, Inc., and other governmental agencies and parties as necessary for the completion of the Project.
