Axon Enterprises, Inc. Agreement with St. Louis Airport

Summary

This Board Bill authorizes and directs the Director of Airports and Comptroller of the City of St. Louis to enter into and execute on behalf of The City of St. Louis an agreement for Integrated Conducted Energy Weapon and Body Camera Equipment and Services with Axon Enterprises, Inc. The agreement is for a term of five (5) years. Either party may terminate this agreement without cause with one hundred twenty (120) days' notice. The Board Bill contains a severability clause, and an emergency clause.
