Summary
This Board Bill eliminates the Argyle Special Allocation Funds for these Tax Increment Financing (Argyle TIF) because the City payed off and retired the obligation for said Argyle TIF. The Argyle Special Allocation Funds will pass through any PILOTs and EATs captured to the statutory Taxing Jurisdictions.
