Summary
This is an ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing the St. Louis Treasurer's Office to accept a Cities for Financial Empowerment (CFE) Fund Program grant of up to an initial amount of $75,000.00, plus a subsequent anticipated award up to $75,000.00 for project implementation, by entering into a joint Memorandum of Understanding between the City Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) and The Office of Financial Empowerment with the Cities for Financial Empowerment (CFE) Fund; The ordinance authorizes the Treasurer to expend such funds, to the extent received.
