The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following public street. Eighth Street, 60 ft wide, from Marion St. northwardly 338.665 ± 2.205 feet. The Petitioners are Grand Soulard Reception Hall LLC and the State of Missouri. The vacated area will be used to improve safety and security along with giving clear title to the State of Missouri for area in which the interstate on ramp is currently located.
