BOARD BILL NO. 79 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN CRAIG SCHMID An ordinance to require approval by resolution of the Board of Aldermen upon recommendation of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment to possess or use a motor vehicle owned or leased by the City and regulating the reimbursement of personal motor vehicle usage costs for official City of St. Louis business, to be codified in Chapter 4.64 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis and containing an emergency clause.
