BOARD BILL # 280 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN DIONNE FLOWERS An Ordinance affirming adoption of a redevelopment plan, redevelopment area, and redevelopment project; authorizing the execution of a redevelopment agreement between the City of St. Louis and Broadway Carrie TIF, Inc.; prescribing the form and details of said agreement; designating Broadway Carrie TIF, Inc. as developer of the redevelopment area; making certain findings with respect thereto; authorizing other related actions in connection with the redevelopment of certain property within the redevelopment area; and containing a severability clause.
