Air service incentive authorization
Summary
BOARD BILL NO. _84_ INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN STEPHEN CONWAY An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Airport Commission and the Board of Estimate and Apportionment that provides for financial incentives for air service at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® (the "Airport"); determines and finds that it is in the best interests of The City of St. Louis, Missouri (the "City"), the Airport, and the traveling public to encourage service at the Airport by new passenger and cargo airlines and to stimulate service by airlines currently using the Airport by the adoption of programs providing for financial incentives for new airlines or new air service at the Airport; adopts an Air Service Incentive Program (the "Program"), for Fiscal Years 2015 through 2017; authorizing the Director of Airports to implement and administer the Program; containing a severability clause; and containing an emergency clause.
