BOARD BILL NO. 124 INTRODUCED BY: ALDERWOMAN LYDA KREWSON An ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment and the Board of Public Services, approving the assignment by CLP LEASEHOLD GOLF LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, successor by name change to CNL Income EAGL Leasehold Golf LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, the current lessee, (the "Lessee") to CF FOREST PARK ARCIS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the assignee (the "Assignee").
