BOARD BILL NO. 230 Introduced by Alderman Stephen Conway An ordinance approving and authorizing the City to execute a consent to assignment, and agreement to extension of project completion date, of a development agreement between the City of St. Louis, Missouri and Hallmark Hotels, LLC; prescribing the form and details thereof; authorizing the taking of other actions, approval and execution of other documents necessary or desirable to carry out and comply with the intent thereof; and containing a severability clause.
