Fourth Ward Liquor Control District
Summary
The proposed bill will repeal Ordinance Number 70087 and reestablish a Fourth Ward Liquor Control District. Except as provided in the bill, it will be prohibited to issue any package or drink liquor licenses for any currently non-licensed premises within the boundaries of the Fourth Ward Liquor Control District for a period of five years.
