BOARD BILL NO. 308 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN KENNETH ORTMANN An ordinance submitting to the qualified voters of the City of St. Louis a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City of St. Louis by repealing existing Section 24 of Article IV, and enacting a new Section 24 of Article IV, relating to fines; providing for an election to be held therefor and the manner of voting thereat; and containing an emergency clause.
