Board Bill
The proposed Board Bill would repeal and replace Section Two of Ordinance 70154 in order to comply with the Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement Act of 2019 (the “Secure Act”) which changed the age requirement for the “required beginning date” for persons who attain the age of 70 ½ years after December 31, 2019.
