This Board Bill authorizes and directs the Fire Commissioner, on behalf of the Mayor and the City of Saint Louis, to enter into and execute a Grant Agreement with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Fire Prevention and Safety Grant, to fund the 2019 Smoke and CO alarm program.
