Small Wireless Facilities
Board Bill
The purpose of this ordinance is to amend Ordinance 70892 regarding small wireless facilities to prohibit installation of such facilities within segments of the right-of-way adjacent to the frontage of a parcel in the single-family “A” zoning district. It only makes changes to the such ordinance, as codified, in Sections 23.59.040.A.1 and 23.59.040.A.2.
