Summary

An Ordinance to amend Section One of Ordinance No. 63087, approved January 25, 1994, to correct Section 402., Concession Fees and Section 503(c)., Pricing, to conform to the terms and conditions intended to be agreed to by the parties to the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport Concession Agreement (Banking) which were inadvertently misstated in or omitted from the Agreement authorized and set forth in Section One of said Ordinance; and containing an emergency clause.
