An ordinance pertaining to improvements to the Municipal Water Works System; amending Ordinance 62046, approved July 20, 1990 which provided for the extension and improvement of the water works system by raising the level and sea wall at the Howard Bend Plant, by repealing Section One of said Ordinance and enacting in lieu thereof a new Section One which provides for the extension and improvement of the municipal water works system
