Civil Service pay plan
Summary
An ordinance amending Ordinance 64954 which regulates employer and employee working relationships between the City of St. Louis and all employees under the Classified Service, including a compensation plan, terms and conditions of employment, benefits, leaves of absence, and authorization for a Deferred Compensation Plan by repealing Sections One, Two, Nine, and Sixteen; by replacing said Sections with provisions of this ordinance; and containing an emergency clause. This ordinance and its provisions shall become effective with the start of the first bi-weekly pay period following its approval by the Mayor.
