An ordinance pertaining to motor vehicles; prohibiting any person who is responsible for a child ten (10) years of age or younger from leaving such child in a motor vehicle without being supervised in the motor vehicle by a person who is at least fourteen (14) years of age; containing definitions and an emergency clause.
