Summary
An ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Streets to temporarily close, barricade or otherwise impede the flow of traffic on East 14th Street by blocking said traffic flow at a point Two Hundred and Fifty (250) feet south of the south curb line of Cass Avenue and containing an emergency clause.
