An ordinance recommended by the Board of Public Service to amend Section One and Ten of Ordinance 66461 dated November 5, 2004 by revising legal description of Martin Luther King Drive between 2nd and 3rd Streets and extending the deadline to record affidavit to 12/31/2007 in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, as hereinafter described, and reaffirming Ordinance 66461, in accordance with Charter authority, and in conformity with Section l4 of Article XXI of the Charter and imposing certain conditions on such vacation. (This ordinance replaces Ordinance 66806, dated 8/8/2005 which previously amended Ordinance 66461.)
