BOARD BILL NO. 70 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An Ordinance, recommended and approved by the Airport Commission and the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing a supplemental appropriation and set apart in the total amount of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,300,000) from the Airport Development Fund established under Ordinance 59286, Section 13, approved October 26, 1984, to the “Annual Budget” established under authority of Ordinance No. 67090 approved June 23, 2006 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007, for current expenses of the government as detailed in EXHIBIT "1" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein; and containing an emergency clause.
