Summary
BOARD BILL NO. 339 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN DIONNE FLOWERS An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission on October 3, 2007, to change the zoning of property as indicated on the District Map, from “C” Multiple-Family Dwelling District to the “J” Industrial District, in City Block 1219 (817-23, 825, 827-29 & 831-35 Bremen and 3910, 3914, 3916-18 & 3920 N. 9th Street), so as to include the described tracts of land in City Block 1219; and containing an emergency clause.
