BOARD BILL NO.376 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis (the "City") to enter into and execute on behalf of the City the East Terminal Agency Agreement AL-446 with a term ending December 31, 2010 (the “Agreement”) at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® (the “Airport”) between the City and Airport Terminal Services Inc, a Missouri corporation (the “Agent”), granting to the Agent the right, license, and privilege to act as the City’s agent in the management of gate assignments and scheduling within the Premises (as defined in Section 201 of the Agreement), and the right to provide certain other services to users of the Airport subject to the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Agreement; the Agreement, which was approved by the City’s Airport Commission and the City’s Board of Estimate and Apportionment and is attached hereto as ATTACHMENT "1" and is incorporated herein, requires the Agent to provide certain services and to make certain payments to the City for the rights and privileges therein granted by the City; directing that the Agreement be in compliance with all applicable minority and women business enterprise requirements and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, court decisions, and executive orders relating to equal employment opportunity; and containing a severability clause; and an emergency clause.
