Summary
BOARD BILL NO. 339 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN STEPHEN CONWAY An ordinance pertaining to performance bonds obtained by the Supply Commissioner, repealing the current Section 5.58.160 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis, and enacting in lieu thereof a new Section 5.58.160 pertaining to the same subject matter and providing the Supply Commissioner discretion in determining whether to require performance bonds, and containing an emergency clause.
