BOARD BILL NO. 95 INTRODUCED BY: ALDERMAN FRANK WILLIAMSON An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor and Comptroller of the City of St. Louis to execute, upon receipt of and in consideration of the sum of Forty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($43,650.00) and other good and valuable consideration, a Quit Claim Deed to remise, release and forever quit-claim unto Cornerstone/St. Luke’s, Inc., certain City-owned property located in City Blocks 4547 and 4548, which property is known as 5632-38 and 5637-49 Enright Avenue containing 52,860 square feet, more or less, and containing an emergency clause.
