BOARD BILL NO. 100 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN TERRY KENNEDY An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Airport Commission and the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, establishing a program for the short rental of kiosk space at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® by adopting the Policy and Criteria for the Letting of Kiosks at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® (the “Kiosk Program”) set out in ATTACHMENT “1” to this Ordinance, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein; authorizing the Director of Airports to fully implement the provisions of the Kiosk Program and, with the Airport Commission’s approval, to issue, enter into and execute Airport Kiosk Space Permits as provided for in the Kiosk Program; containing an exclusivity clause; and containing a severability clause.
