BOARD BILL NO. 214 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN GREGORY CARTER An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor by and through the Acting Director of Health-City of St. Louis Department of Health (hereinafter “City Health Department”), on behalf of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, to submit all necessary applications and to enter into all necessary agreements and contracts with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services-Center for Emergency Response and Terrorism (hereinafter “DHSS”) for the Public Health emergency Response (hereinafter “PHER”) Phase I, II and III contracts.
