REED An ordinance amending Section Two of Ordinance 65799, adopted on February 14, 2003, pertaining to litter; requiring the operator of a drive through restaurant to provide at least one authorized receptacle, accessible to it’s drive through patrons from their automobiles, and located between the drive through window and the public right away; and containing an emergency clause.
