BOARD BILL NO. 90 INTRODUCED BY: ALDERWOMAN DIONNE FLOWERS AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 63614 BY APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BLIGHTING STUDY AND PLAN FOR THE NORTH BROADWAY INDUSTRIAL PARK AREA DATED OCTOBER 23, 1995, WHICH AMENDMENT PERTAINS TO THE EARLIEST DATE UPON WHICH THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN MAY TERMINATE SAID PLAN; AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
