BOARD BILL NO. 49 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN TERRY KENNEDY An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Airport Commission and the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing a Seventh Supplemental Appropriation in the total amount of One Hundred Forty One Thousand Dollars ($141,000) from the Airport Development Fund established under authority of Ordinance 59286, Section 13, approved October 26, 1984, into the Airport Schedule F CIP Project Ordinance 67357, approved December 19, 2006, as amended, for the payment of costs for work and services authorized therein; and containing an emergency clause.
