BOARD BILL NO. 8 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN JEFFREY BOYD An ordinance amending Ordinance 65233 authorizing the designation of honorary street names within the City of St. Louis, the basis for recognition, requiring payment for the cost and installation of honorary signs and limiting the number of board bills authorizing the designation of honorary street names.
