BOARD BILL #105 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN DAVIS An Ordinance approving the petition of owners of certain real property to establish the 212 S. Grand Community Improvement District; finding a public purpose for the establishment of the 212 S. Grand Community Improvement District; authorizing the execution of a Transportation Project Agreement between the City and the 212 S. Grand Transportation Development District; prescribing the form and details of said Transportation Project Agreement; making certain findings with respect thereto; authorizing certain other of City officials; and containing an emergency clause and a severability clause.
