BOARD BILL #100 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN APRIL FORD GRIFFIN An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor and Comptroller of the City of St. Louis to execute, upon receipt of and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) and other good and valuable consideration, a Quit Claim Deed to remise, release and forever quit-claim unto Grace Hill Neighborhood Health Centers, Inc., a Missouri non-profit corporation, certain City-owned property located in City Block 569, which property is known as 1717 Biddle Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63106 (Assessor?s Records 1704-1743 Biddle), and containing an emergency clause.
