MOORE AND ALDERMAN TERRY KENNEDY An Ordinance directing the Director of Streets to temporarily close, barricade, or otherwise impede the flow of traffic on Vandeventer Spur at the north curb line of Dr. Martin Luther King Drive and on the south curb line of the east/west alley way between Dr. Martin Luther King Drive and Aldine Avenue and containing an emergency clause.
