Summary
BOARD BILL NO. 139 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN ALFRED WESSELS JR. An ordinance establishing stop sites for all eastbound and westbound traffic traveling on Walsh Street at Fendler Place and stopping southbound traffic traveling on Fendler Place at Walsh Street causing it to be a three way stop intersection and containing an emergency clause.
