BOARD BILL NO. 141 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN LARRY ARNOWITZ An Ordinance authorization and directing the Medical Examiner to accept grant monies from Mid America Transplant Services offered for the improvement of the infrastructure and equipment of the Medical Examiner’s Office, and authorizing the Medical Examiner, upon approval of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, to expend the funds by entering into contracts or otherwise for said purpose and containing an emergency clause.
