BOARD BILL NO. 205 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN STEPHEN CONWAY An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of The City of St. Louis (the "City"), to enter into and execute on behalf of the City, the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® (the “Airport”), WiFi and Distributed Antenna System Operating Agreement, AL-263 (the “Operating Agreement”), between the City and Concourse Communications Group, LLC, a Limited Liability Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware; the Operating Agreement, which was recommended and approved by the City’s Selection Committee and the City’s Airport Commission, for the installation, operation, marketing, maintenance, and management of a Wireless Internet Access and Distributed Antenna System at the Airport, is attached hereto as ATTACHMENT “1” and is made a part hereof; containing a severability clause; and an emergency clause.
