BOARD BILL NO. 81 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN DIONNE FLOWERS An ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of the Department of Human Services, via the St. Louis Area Agency on Aging, on behalf of the City of St. Louis, to accept a contract from the Missouri Alliance of Area Agencies on Aging (ma4) in the amount of $15,000.00 and to expend those funds for Benefit Enrollment activities for Adults with Disabilities and Senior Citizens, as set forth in the contract attached as Exhibit A; appropriating said funds and authorizing the Director of the Department of Human Services, upon approval of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, to expend such funds as permitted by the contract; and containing an Emergency Clause.
